Consequences
I do think whatever action you do there is a consequence whether it's bad or good. You might wondering why I included good action because I do think there is and I have an explaination to it.
Let me start with the obvious action. This is the action of us ignoring our HEALTH. This includes vices, overworking, unhealthy eating and a lot of things. We tend to ignore our HEALTH when we do certain things. We are so confident that it will not affect our body but the things is, it will. With vices, we know that it has an effect but we ignore it.
Always remember HEALTH IS WEALTH. Always treasure our HEALTH because in the end we might suffer the consequences that we can't undo the effect to our body. We always need to think that prevention is better than cure and taking care of ourselves is a good prevention.
Next to it is the action of ignoring TIME. We have this behavior of being lax so we tend to forget the value of our time. It may be our time to ourself or time for our loved ones. Think about this, we can't turn back time and it is better if we treasure every second of it like it is the last that we do it.
IGNORING TIME FOR OTHERS - one way of showing your loved one that HE or SHE is especial to you is you giving your time. Perfect example of this is our parents, for as long as you have an extra time to your parents grab it becuase we really can't tell what will happen in the future. Tell them that you love them, say thank you to them. It might be cheesy but it is worth it.
IGNORING TIME FOR YOURSELF - it is really important that you have your alone time. This is the time for you to think about yourself. This let you think own your own about your plans and the things you have done.
Third is the consequence of doubting yourself. We tend to think that we can't do a certain thing even though we know that once we are successful of doing it, it will really benefit us. It is all about taking risk and having the drive to do it. Think about this, do you want to have a what if in life or regret on something because you did not do it; I think not.
Fourth is the consequence of being overconfident. Sometimes we thought we know it but always remember we are just a human being we commit mistakes. There is a possibility of others thinking of you being boastful. We may not care what others think but sometimes it is important to be sentive on your surroundings.
Fifth is you doing good. It is not really your fault at all but since you did a great job the expectation of others will be higher than before. This may affect you and be stress about it but think about this, if you're going to stress yourself will it help you. Just be you and if you commit a mistake it's find because you are just a human being. Just be thankful for what others think about you. Continue the good practice and just aim to be better everyday.
